Website enquiries
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not book a service, commit you to a fee or create a project agreement. If a submission fails, contact info@truerisetech.com directly.
Service scope
Service descriptions are starting points for discussion. Availability, deliverables, project team, fees, third-party costs and timelines must be confirmed in a separate proposal before work begins. No particular commercial result is guaranteed.
Concepts and illustrations
Portfolio entries, product illustrations and the comparison slider are demonstrative concepts. They do not represent completed client commissions, actual client results or endorsements. Articles provide general project-planning information rather than a tailored professional assessment.
Your materials
Only supply material that you have the right to use. Project-specific permissions, content ownership, licensing and use of work in a portfolio should be agreed in the project proposal.
Third-party tools
Any proposed hosting, software, advertising or cloud services may have their own costs and conditions. Selection and account ownership should be agreed before those services are used for a project.
Next steps
We review enquiries before proposing a scope. Any fees, delivery dates and project terms will be agreed separately before work begins.
